Uses
Take one drop in four fluid ounces of liquid daily to maintain a healthy inflammatory response.*
Take one to two drops in a Veggie Cap to support healthy respiratory function.*
Replace dried oregano with one drop in spaghetti or pizza sauce or on a roast.
 
Directions For Use
Aromatic use: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of  your choice. 
Internal use: Dilute one drop in four fluid ounces of liquid.
Topical use: Dilute one drop of essential oil to 10 drops of carrier oil. See additional precautions below.
